We offer a 30-day return policy for most electronics. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and seals intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log in to your account and select 'Request Return' next to your order to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the device in its original box and use a sturdy outer shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Label

  Print and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once received, our technicians will inspect the device. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
